Reconstructive Bone & Joint Surgery

This surgical service specializes in primary revision of the joint of the hip, knee and shoulder. The service also performs osteotomies around the hip and knee that realign the weight bearing axis of the extremity. A computerized x-ray analysis system is utilized in the preoperative planning of procedures. Hip fractures of all types are treated with advanced surgical techniques. The service also utilizes massive bone and joint allografts for non-traumatic conditions such as failed hip and knee arthoplasties in addition to traumatic conditions.
